Knight and Day starring Tom Cruise, say what you want about him, but this movies blend of action and comedy make it look really entertaining:

I really hope that the Arrested Development movie will come out this year, or atleast the documentary. 
 
Other than that, another Jody Hill film, The Rosenthaler Suite, The Expendables (just because), Shutter Island, Paul, Despicable Me, Get Him to the Greek, and I'm With Cancer.

@Jman522: Buddy, I think you're looking for a movie called Zathura. 
 
I definitely want to see The Expendables, and now The Book of Eli. Anything with Tom Cruise is also fine by me. Oh, and Inception is the one by Christopher Nolan, right? If so, I want to see that one as well. I suppose Iron Man 2 also, but it wouldn't be the end of the world if I missed it.

That Date Night looks pretty good actually.  
 
I'm just looking forward to the big, loud, expensive, explosion filled action movies of the summer. They're dumb and mostly the same, but I love 'em.
