I always thought it looks a bit weird. I assume he goes to the gym even though he never mentions it. You don't really get arms that big from doing nothing.
Uncomfortable in that if I was wearing that shirt I would spend my whole day pulling on the sleeves to try and get them to cover more... He looks like he gets cold armpits... Maybe it doesn't get cold in Cali so he doesn't have problems... I dunno...
But the way you use the term uncomfortable in the title suggests that his naked biceps make you feel uncomfortable.
Hell, he looks like damn near every grip or video-guy I've met. Italian, black shirt, muscles. I've met like 50 people who physically resemble Vinny in my line of work.

On a semi-serious note though, it's no wonder Vinny's kept himself brolic over the years. Do you see the amount of equipment and gear the guy lugs around? Just imagine all that coverage from game expos we've watched, he's been carrying a heavy ass camera around.
