It is like a PM but that everyone who visits your profile can see. So i suppose it is like a M ^^

Basically it's a message on your profile, or someone else's,  that everyone can see.

oh so when it say pending wallposts... when we approve... it will end up in our profile and everyone can see? so everytime someone comment our profile and we gotta approve it first. ok.

There's also a limit on how much you can post. Sort of. You'll get the idea once you use it.

Yeah you get the idea, if you post on somebodys wall, you cant post on it again until somebody else does. Its annoying and dumb like that.
