Who should I contact to get an update on my Giantbomb shirt?

I ordered one, I think about a month ago and have not gotten a confirmation yet on it being shipped. I was wondering who to contact to get an ETA, I can't find anything on the store now that it's no longer Whisky media.

I only ask because I while back I waited for two and a half months for my members shirt never and it never showed up, after I contacted them it seemed something odd had happened and had to send me another one.

I got a notification 4 days ago that it was being shipped. I ordered it during the BLLSL.

@crazyleaves: I think I ordered my around then too.

Given the huge amount of shirts they sold the week of the BLLSL between CDC, FRD, and member shirts, I wouldn't be surprised if shipping notifications and actual deliveries are spread out over a few weeks. I ordered shirts during BLLSL and a bit earlier that week and have not received shipping notes.

They are only shipping out the BLLSL limited shirts right now, the other ones will come later.

Hrm... I was curious about the whereabouts of my patrick hotdog shirt, I ordered it maybe 2 days before the BLS, haven't got a shipping confirmation yet, but I guess mine would be bundled with the rest of the shirts

It looks like China Don't Care is getting priority since people have been receiving them this week.

Giant Bomb has always been very slow when it comes to shirts, I've got about 10 in my wardrobe, each one I ordered and then a month later I get a nice suprise. I'm not angry though, I have the right expectations

Yeah I'd like to know as well :/ I ordered mine basically when it went on sale (on 13/09/2012 to be exact) and have yet to receive a shipping notice. It's been a month and no movement. it's a little worrying

I do not even have a confirmation of shipping email. I've contacted support all most 2 weeks ago and no answer. And I've messages snide

Same here, I have not got a shipping confirmation email. I was going to send a email to support but if people have not got an answer, I don't know if I should just yet.

Unless you're a victim of some freak shipping error, contacting anyone won't get it to you any faster.

I'm in the same boat, by the way. Ordered mine during BLLSL, and still waiting. But this is a small operation, and a surprising mass of shirts were ordered, so I think it's to be expected.

But China Don't Care, so why should I?

They are supposed to be shipping any time soon, direct from the printers. They take a while as they are printed on demand and I guess they sold more than expected.. The store used to make this clear, not sure if it still does.

I got my shipping email last night so looks like things are working out for me, hope everyone is getting them too, shipping emails that is.
