Was hoping to main Shulk, but I'm not a huge fan of how he plays, so I'm probs just gonna stick with my boy Ike. I don't even play FE games, I dunno why he was my main in Brawl.

Having skimmed through the characters I have so far, I really like the feel or Robin (heh heh heh). Since I was already looking forward to playing as her, I'll probably stick with her for a while and see how that goes. The arc of her Down-Air seems really good as a footsies tool.

Sticking with Little Mac he's got a few strong offensive attacks that can lay waste to the opposition if they aren't paying attention.

I'm waiting on the Wii U version and it'll be Link.

Robin so far, I'll see if I stick with her. Also, a bit of Lucina. Fire Emblem: Awakening is still my favourite 3DS game.

I'm still getting a feeling for all the characters but Little Mac is my go-to right now.

I think I'm going to main Dark Pit. I loved him in Uprising. Of the other characters I've played I think I'll have Greninja, Lil Mac, Duck Hunt Dog, and Ness as secondaries. Pit has worked well with me as well.

Well I was going to say Samus ... but I liked how she was tied to Zero suit Samus ... yeah Im of the few who is sad that they are both a different character now :/ but I will say that Zero suit Samus , I was better with her anyway.

Alternating between Duck Hunt, Pac Man, and Little Mac. I'm starting to use Lucina now too.

They really nailed it with the newcomers in this game.

Link. I kinda like Charizard as well.

It's always been Kirby for me. Can't not love a pink puffball that can turn into a rock and has a giant hammer. The tweaks to him in this game and his new alt costumes are definitely a plus.

I am considering expanding to Duck Hunt, though. That is such a ridiculous, perfect choice for a Smash character and I like what I've tried of the duo so far.

Also, I've tried out Bowser Jr. now and am loving him. I like that this game has introduced some new guys I really like.

Way too soon to tell for me. Previous mains were Fox -> Samus -> Lucas (in 64 -> Melee -> Brawl, respectively). It'll probably end up being someone new in this one. Not going to start sinking serious time into this until I finish Mordor, though.

Palutena. I heard that she sucked but I started using her and found out that I really dig her defensive style of play. She may not have the best smash attacks, but she's been shockingly good at punishing people who are caught unaware. And there's something so goddamn satisfying about reflecting someone off the edge or countering Little Macs who just dash everywhere.

Ganondorf is the man-ondorf

I usually like to play a bunch of different characters but if I was forced to choose it would be Diddy Kong. I also really like Toon Link, Falco, Captain Falcon and Marth. I've liked what I've played of the Villager so far but I haven't put in enough time with him/her or any of the other new characters yet.

It's been Captain Falcon since Brawl and will remain so. Captain Falcon or feed.

It was the Ice Climbers for me so I can only hope that maybe they get added to the Wii U version. Besides them, I guess Luigi or Diddy Kong(I was terrible with Diddy kong but I really liked dropping bananas and watching people slip on them).

I'm maining Greninja, but I've been a huge fan of Lucina, Little Mac, and Palutena... maybe I just like counters.

If I had to pick one it would be Lucina. I'm enjoying switching between lots of characters though, notably Ike, Robin, Little Mac, Wii Fit Trainer and Sonic are the ones I've used the most so far. I'm super disappointed in Greninja, I really wanted to like him but I just can't get into his moveset at all.

Dedede. Followed by any of the other fatties. I'll trade speed for huge, triple kill inducing smashes any day. And anybody with a powerful spike is fun, too.

Might be Shulk at this point, with his deceptively long range and good killing power (especially with his red Monado stance). Robin also seems very good.

Falcon, which is so nice to say after Brawl nerfed the shit out of him. The Cap-i-tan is back baby.

It's hard to give a concrete answer yet, but right now I guess that my FINAL DESTINATION NO ITEMS main is Robin. Arcfire is a good stopgap/stun move, and a well-timed Thoron is incredibly satisfying.

Still too early for me to say who my main is. I have been switching between Charizard, Sonic, Dark Pit, and Wii Fit Trainer the most. They are all fun in their own ways.

Robin is the coolest. Nosferatu is great to have, arc fire and thunder are both awesome. I also love how great her smashes are.

I would have to say Link.

Lucario was my favourite in Brawl, so right now he's who I'm most comfortable with.

The Villager. I love Animal Crossing, and i like how weird his moves are.

Link or Captain Falcon. I like playing them and I don't know why.

Wow. Very diverse. Toon Link is my boy. Robin's cool too though. The way that he/she uses the spells from Awakening and says their names scratches the same fan service itch in me that the characters in Persona 4 Arena and Ultimax using their in-game spells does. I love seeing turn based stuff reimagined in real time.

Kirby but I haven't played anything other than the first game. Hated the gamecube controller to much to enjoy the second one. fuck that stupid ass controller.

Lucina. Because Fire Emblem: Awakening is great, and she's the one character I was really hoping would make it into the game. Well, her and Professor Layton, but you can't win them all.

I voted for ROB but I'm playing both him and Bowser at the moment. I dig the heavier characters and am still figuring out who I like. I dig ROB's range, but Bowser's side smash just feels like sex and it's too good to quit.

Always find myself playing Peach for some reason. So I have that to look forward to when I get the Wii U version.

Ness has been my boy from the beginning, and it's so nice that he's not low tier in this game. It's so nice to main a good character for a change.

I've loved Ness since melee. I stick with him during ranked matches.

Knocking out dudes with a self-launched pk thunder is so satisfying. It doesn't hit that often, but when it does I can just feel how stupid my opponent feels. That's smash bros in a nutshell to me.

Kirby. Kirby is the one true waifu. His down B and up B own everyone's ass.
