Do note that there's no definite details on the Limited Collector's Edition that I'm aware of yet, other than there will eventually be details. I'd hope that the LCE contains all five of these cars.
If that somehow doesn't end up being the case, GameStop can expect my pre-order. I simply can't turn down a pretty Alfa Romeo like that.

There are some other details on the MajorNelson blog if anyone's interested in checking it out. Looks like the first run of the game will be getting some cool extras. Like a classic Mustang and a few other treats.
I'm not nearly as good with the vinyl stuff as the other folks that frequent the Forza forums, but of similar car types in the past, I like BMW's for the relatively featureless tops. I can't recall off hand if Minis have multicolored tops or not, but that might be a solid choice too given the surface area of the roof.

Note: They've changed the CR-Z from being a Target bonus to a Microsoft Store bonus, at least temporarily, because apparently Target wasn't offering the pre-order on their website yet.

I am going to guess these all will be offered eventually. Just like the VIP pack that came with the Forza 3 LCE was. Even so, it seems 4 is going to have even more cars and then monthly dlc packs that I really don't care if I miss out on a CR-Z or even the 1m coupe.

Over here in the Netherlands you get the BMW1 M and the Honda CR-Z when you pre-order at the largest retailer. Will there be another way to get the other cars!?
Preordered mine from Gamestop. If I'd known Amazon was offering the Subaru for preorders, I probably would've bought from them. I'll take the Alfa Romero regardless!
