Father Grigori is a character that appears in Half-life 2. The character appears in the Ravenholm chapter of the game.

Hazama works for the intelligence department of the NOL (Novus Orbis Librarium). In the story he travels around and gives orders to Noel. At the end of the story, he reveals himself to be the evil being Terumi or at least his vessel.
ν-13 (pronounced 'Nu-13') is a playable boss character in BlazBlue. A cyborg girl who rises from the Cauldron under the Library of Kagutsuchi and seeks to merge with Ragna in an attempt to destroy the world.

Taokaka is a fighter from the BlazBlue franchise. She is a cat-girl, with a Drive ability known as Dancing Edge: Reckless Kitty; a fast slashing attack that lets her dart across the screen at will.
Litchi is a doctor who runs a health clinic in Kagutsuchi while she searches for a way to revert Arakune to his formal self. She uses her Matenbou to beat down her opponents.
