    Freezes when I try to download my Live account

    So I've been wanting to get back into Fallout 3 (PC version) to get a couple of achievement that I missed. But because I just redid my entire computer I needed to reinstall the game. Ok, no problem.  Now I have to put my Xbox Live account in so I can get the achievements. It gets to the loading bar to download the profile but then it never moves. I left it going for 4 hours but still nothing! Has anyone else had this problem?
