According to the game, the first double xp event starts today, Nov. 4, and goes until Nov. 14. I've been playing and so far it has not activated. I wonder what time it will be starting, though I have read somewhere that it will begin around 6 p.m. Eastern. Either way, I'll be jumping back into Gears to get my ass handed to me.

I thought i had been leveling pretty quick, i was playing Horde yesterday and was getting levels like a madman.

I feel as tho I was getting normal exp in stead of the regular half of what I earned gears usually gives me, I played every day of this and didn't notice any real difference except in horde, still only gained 2 levels which is average any way.

@Habearu: I think the XP bonus was only for horde because of the Command Pack thing.

@Afroman269: That makes sense, wish they would explain it a bit better tho.
