    GELDRA is an evil organization focused on (of course) world domination. It was founded by a strange, alien-like psychic named Maboo; after his apparent death the reigns of command were taken over by a figure named Gimdo, who suspiciously resembles Maboo albeit with a moustache and beard. The basic grunt level soldier of GELDRA is called a masker; as is typical of many evil organizations they wear bizarre and often garishly colored uniforms.
