    Once you change your horn from the gifts menu, is it gone for good? I installed the three I'd unlocked so far on one car, and now I can't find them anywhere.

    Good news, later levels you get stacks of tickets for horns and paints, so you'll make it up in no time.

    @EVO: ...if you have OCD, GT5 will fuck you up for a looooooong time.  You can't get back the one you used, unless the next horn ticket is the same number you used.
