Great House Hlaalu

One of the three dominant Great Houses in Morrowind. House Hlaalu is known for it's involvement in business and trade. It's willingness to deal openly with foreigners has made it one of the most successful Great Houses since Morrowind's integration into the Empire.

Crassius Curio

'Uncle' Crassius Curio is a noble and Councilor for house Hlaalu. During the main quest he will ask the player, regardless of gender, to undress for him to sponser you for house Hlaalu so you may become the Hortator.
Duke Vedam Dren

The Duke of the Imperial District of Vvardenfell.
Indoril Nerevar

First Hortator of the Dunmer people, Lord Indoril Nerevar fought against the Dwemer in the Battle of Red Mountain. He was killed shortly thereafter, although it is unclear by whom.
King Helseth

The recently appointed king of Morrowind. Helseth has a lot of people who don't like him, and rumors are going around about him all the time.
Tiber Septim

The general who became emperor of all of Tamriel, and the emperor whom all of Tamriel's emperors have since descended from. He is also worshipped as the divine Talos in Skyrim.
