Right so got odst, and it just when its loading it will say disk is unreadable.
First time this happened i took it back to the shop and i got it exchanged. I got them to test the new game and it worked on their xbox.

Got it home and same prob. Now the first thing that i thought is xbox is broken! Which to be honest is probably the reason. Although i decided to do a bit of research and found this.

This is exactly what happens to me.

i also did try installing it and i just get the same, also it installs fine. Considering i haven't had any problems with other games, the above and it installed fine it suggests to me perhaps it could be a problem with the game. Of course it is only two people who i can find has the exact same problem as me but you must agree it's a bit strange that the nature is the same. So does anyone know anything about this i don't?

I haven't had any issue and my disk drive sucks. Seems like a really strange error.

I have the same problem, even after exchanging the disc.

I managed to play 1 multiplayer match before it said unreadable. All the other games work on my system.

Maybe they had some problems printing some disks.  I haven't had this problem ever on my 360 *knocks on wood*.

It is a problem. Go on Bungie.net>Halo3 ODST Forums and in there should be a 38+ page thread about this. I have the same issue. All my games work except this. Cant get into the first mission. Also people with new and old Xboxs are having this issue. It freaking wild man.
