    Happened to me today, I'm in a tank and I try to help a guy out who's in big trouble with an enemy warthog. I end up killing both of them, and get booted! Sure, I messed up but it was in an attempt to help the guy out! I tried to shoot around him for 2 or 3 shots, but ended up hitting him. 
     
    I definitely think you should get two chances, once is an accident, twice is pushing it.
