But since the infection got out he know colour codes his guns as he destroys hordes in a particular order.
There may also be evidence to suggest that Harlan may know a martial art as his victory dance is him kicking high in the air and then punching whilst making stereotypical kung-foo 'noises'.
Harlan is most likely Left 4 Dead's Louis, except almost the complete opposite, Harlan has a successful job, that he likes and is well paid.
Whereas Louis has long-hours at a desk job that he was going to quit.
