    Harold is an F.E.V. mutant, being exposed to the F.E.V. for an unknown period of time, but strangely, did not complete the process to becoming a Super Mutant.

    How will Harold be introduced in New Vegas?

    I haven't played the previous Fallout game but Harold was one of my favorite characters in Fallout 3.  Will we see him in New Vegas or has he found his roots(no pun intended) in the Capital Wasteland?

    NV is in an enitrly different place. Chances are you will not see him.  
     
    Unless he learns to move...we are not gonna see him...

    I know, but seeing how he was in all 3 major Fallout games i wondered if they'd find a way to bring him to NV.  If not then maybe just a reference to him as fan service.

    In the others he was just beginning to become a tree. And fallout 3 finished the job.

    That's a good point.  Maybe if NV had some kind of save import feature that would work but that's pretty unlikely since this is a self-contained story.

    He is referring to the tree in Fallout 3.
