    I'll put this here for anyone who cares.  If you go to the official page,  http://www.compileheart.com/neptune/ (its in Japanese of course but also in flash so no Google translate) and click the bottom option on teh left hand menu it will take you to the media section.  The third selection down brings you to the available screensavers, one with pictures of the world the other with CG scenes.  They installed on an English version of Vista and run fine.
