Blue Suede Goo is a fashionable Elvis Impersonator, sporting the Elvis jacket, the Elvis hair style and a hefty beer gut. His unique attacks include a sword chop with his hair and music notes used as projectiles. Blue Suede Goo’s name come from Elvis’s famous hit Blue Suede Shoes. Unfortunately Blue Suede Goo’s legacy is short lived in the clayfighter franchise as he only appears in the original clayfighter
Bob the Killer Goldfish and his feline companion No.4 appear frequently in the Earth Worm Jim series of games. They are but 2 of Jim's numerous arch nemissises.
An insane clown made of clay from the fighting game series ClayFighter. His arsenal of weapons includes throwing pies and a giant hammer.
Boogerman is a superhero that farts, burps, and throws boogers to kill his enemies.
Chuck is the owner and final boss of New Junk City. He is fat, hairy and regurgitates fish upon being hit.
A regular Earthworm from Texas who happened to stumble upon a space suit. He starred in several platformers of the same name, most notably on the SNES and Sega Genesis.

A rabid poodle-bulldog who lives in New Junk City. A common enemy in the level and is also owned by Chuck.
Helga is a large, viking-themed opera singer, who appears as a playable character in the original ClayFighter and its Tournament Edition upgrade.
Ickybod Clay is a ghost with a jack-o-lantern head, who is a recurring character in the ClayFighter series. He is meant to invoke the Headless Horseman from Washington Irving's 1819 short story "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow", but his name is a pun instead on the book's protagonist, Ichabod Crane.
Major Mucus is a recurring boss in the Earthworm Jim series.
N. Boss is the final boss in the original ClayFighter. N. Boss can best be described as a circular string of pearls with two round eyes above the ring. This infamous final Boss has a deadly grappling attack and also bombards his opponents with projectile attacks. It is interesting to note that N. Boss’s projectile attacks mimic the all the other ClayFighters’ projectile attacks.
An enemy and friendly character featured in the Earthworm Jim series. Peter Puppy is known for turning into a monstrous dog whenever he is scared.
The resident damsel in distress of the Earthworm Jim series, What's-Her-Name is Jim's romantic interest and apparently the twin sister of Queen Slug-for-a-Butt
Professor Monkey for a Head is an evil scientist who created the super suit for Queen Slug for a Butt. He has a monkey that shares the same head as him, earning him his name.
Psy-crow is one of the principle villains from the Earthworm Jim series.
The main antagonist of the first Earthworm Jim game, Queen Slug-for-a-Butt is the twin sister of Princess What's-Her-Name. She covets Jim's high-tech indestructible suit.
When he's not gallavanting around as an eccentric millionaire, he's fighting crime as his alter ego, Boogerman. While as boogerman he can perform all manner of bodily fluid superpowers mostly involving either mucus or flatulence
Malevolent salt-water taffy, mysteriously brought to life.

Tiny is ClayFighter's verison of the incredible hulk.
