    Overview

Jacob Jones and the Bigfoot Mystery is an episodic adventure game developed by Lucid Games. The game's first episode was released on May 14th, 2013 on Playstation Vita and iOS systems. The second episode was released on July 24th, 2014.

The original plan was to release 5 episodes, but currently there's no word on episode 3-5.

    Gameplay

The game is a series of story scenes, exploration opportunities and puzzles for the player to solve. The story progression is gated by certain puzzles.

The puzzles are similar in style to the puzzles found in the Professor Layton series. All of the puzzles are themed around the game's setting, a summer camp.

Between puzzles the player is able to collect empty soda cans (by tapping them on the screen), which serve as credits for the game's hint system. The hint system is depicted as Jacob calling someone for help on his phone and there are three levels hints, costing one to three credits respectively.

    Story

Jacob Jones, a young boy, gets dropped of by his parents at a summer camp called Camp Eagle Feather. Here he is met by Mr. Grimmel, the strict P.E. teacher and the rest of the camp's counsellors.
