    Story in Agressors of Dark Kombat

    Joe is the strongest brawler in Kanto, his alias is the "Red Panther from Honmoku". Bored of the weak opponents in the area, he travels to Kansai in search of strong opponents. He found in Goh Kidokoro a worthy rival and in Kisarah Westfield a girlfriend during his travel.

    Relations

    In the Kisarah's ending, Joe Kusanagi become his boyfriend and they became a couple. Also, Joe is rival of Goh Kidokoro.

    Powers

    Joe is able to perform multiple attacks fastly, since combo attacks to grabs and throws. In his super, he calls a midget member of his gang to grab the opponent so Joe can make a rapid combo.

    Cameos

    Joe appears in ADK World as many of ADK characters for Neo-Geo CD. Also makes a stage cameo in The King of Fighters 2002 Unlimited Match, appears in one of Kisarah attacks in Neo Geo Battle Coliseum and makes a text-cameo in Days of Memories. Recently AODK has its first home release with ADK Tamashii for PlayStation 2.
