    Overview

Legend of Illusion starring Mickey Mouse (known in Japan as Mickey Mouse: Densetsu no Oukoku, loosely translated to "Mickey Mouse: Kingdom of Adventure") is a 2D fantasy side-scrolling platformer developed by Aspect and published by Sega for the Sega Game Gear on January 1995.

The sequel to the "8-bit" version of Castle of Illusion (as well as the sequel Land of Illusion), Legend of Illusion follows Disney mascot Mickey Mouse in a new fantasy-themed story.

The story tells of pauper Mickey in a kingdom ruled by the selfish King Pete. When a dark shadow envelops the land, Mickey must seek out King Goofy and King Donald and restore the Tree of Life in the Garden of Illusion.

The game was later released for the Sega Master System in Brazil by Tec Toy on December 1998.
