I'm new to the read and react system. I understand the skill icons during the game, however...how do I switch between them or activate them? I have a smart LB, but how do I read plays? I have a cannon arm and accurate QB, but how do I switch between them? I have a DL who is a brick wall defender, but during a game he has no icon. PLZ HELP!

99% sure those things are just there to tell you what your players are good at - your quarterback will always throw accurately and strong and every once in awhile at random you will be able to read your opponents play.
