Overview
The Make My Video series was founded on the misguided pretense that there must be tons of footage shot for a music video that never ends up in the actual video. But by the time anyone at Sega or Digital Pictures realized that most music videos of the era were produced with an almost ruthless sense of efficiency, it was too late. Faced with the reality of not having any extra footage or new camera angles to work with, they instead went out and got a lot of amazingly bad public domain footage and let players cut the music videos with old black-and-white cartoons and stock footage.
