So Mass Effect has a bunch of things to do. A bunch. So much in fact that you might have missed some stuff. Post some stuff you feel some people might have missed.
 
1. Kasumi and Zaeed actually have a ton of dialogue options if you get them early on in the game. They have stories for essentially every mission.
2. Once you beat the Shadow Broker, you can do various things on the ship such as watch spy videos from hidden cameras all around the galaxy, or you initiate assassination contracts or smear campaigns.
3. Default male Shepard is the way to go.

So,are you gonna work the way up to a 100 or...?
Also, Mass Effect 2 Arrghhhh the pain :D

4. Alien Vaginas feels nicer than they smell

5. If you're not a Soldier with Adrenalin Rush on Insanity you're doing it wrong.
6. Mordin is as much of a pimp as Garrus

7. Even female Shepard has "quads" according to the Krogan.

As a side note, Soldier is the most boring way to play Mass Effect 2. It was fine in Mass Effect, but in Mass Effect 2, the biotics are so much fun. Infiltrator is the best way to play Insanity. "

8. If you did "The Fan" quest in Mass Effect 1, you'll meet Conrad Verner in the bar at Illium. Its an Awesome quest and really funny.

As a side note, Soldier is the most boring way to play Mass Effect 2. It was fine in Mass Effect, but in Mass Effect 2, the biotics are so much fun. Infiltrator is the best way to play Insanity. "

Maybe not the best phrasing. I meant, I was annoyed at not being able to engage Zaeed in an actual dialogue, but I am not as annoyed knowing he has more to say if you get him early on. That kind of feel better. Not like, I am suddenly rid of this small headache I've had all day.  "

16. If you recruit Zaeed after completing the main story you have the option to kill him at the end of his loyalty mission.

So far 14 and 16 I actually did not know.  Thread success.

17. Talk to the bartender at Illium. Then order the mystery drink. Then talk to her again. Notice anything different?

18. The space hamster doesn't squeak. The space hamster *says* "Squeak"

18. On the Citadel in the Sirta foundation store there are two NPC's talking. They are both from a side quest in Mass Effect on the Citadel in which you help them come to a decision on whether or not to Vaccinate the womans unborn child.
 
19. If you steered the Asari and Krogan couple to stay together on Illium, you can find them again on the landing dock of Tuchanka.

21. If you stand behind Joker on the Normandy, without actually talking to him, he'll say stuff. Sometimes you have to wait a while.
