When will the game be ruined? (possible spoilers)

Ha! Pulled ya in didn't i? :P

Anyway, the question I want to ask, is that i'm playing this game for the first time, and during the GOTY Deliberation podcast Brad talked a lot about how the ending was sorta ruined for him, because he lost crew members seemingly at random. Then they said that once you started a certain mission, there would be no turning back. Now, i don't want to know what happens, before or after, but I would just like a heads up, what is that mission called?
So when i get it, I can ignore it until i get everything else done first :)

Thx!

To not spoil anything, it has to do with the very ending.

Ignore the reaper IFF until you have done everything because after that you have time for only one more loyalty mission which will be clear what that is because you get the character after that.

That's a great, spoiler free tip.

Ridiculous way to get people's attention.

Trust me, you'll know when you've reached the point of no return.

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not. >_>

@yoshimitz707: Not at all.

I was careful playing through ME2 trying to make sure I didn't "step off the cliff" prematurely. It would've been nice to hear that it's smooth sailing until the "IFF" to ease my ever present concerns.  I think it'd also be nice to know that you're supposed to have that one empty slot in your team until then.
