Here is the TRAILER
I'm pumped. I enjoyed the demo, have not tried the MP on it but everyone seems to like it. It is less than a month away! I'll post the video here when it goes up online
Game » consists of 19 releases. Released Mar 06, 2012
That promotional image is incredible! I wonder if there's a version with no text. I would love to have that as a wallpaper.
Ha my exact thoughts. There is actually one on right hereThat promotional image is incredible! I wonder if there's a version with no text. I would love to have that as a wallpaper.
Apparently the poster is made by the fella bioware picked up awhile ago
Can't wait to see it, but I'm a lil untouched by the whole 'save earth' thing, somehow it doesn't fit my idea of Mass Effect.
We'll see!
I seen Makos...and Hammerheads? Weren't Hammerheads specifically Cerberus related? Just something that I wondered...
Still, I wish they'd stop with the kids, they aren't adding any emotional resonance, and the trailer tends to fall flat because anyone and everyone knows that you won't see nearly this much action in-game. Even hype-wise, this seems to be putting forward the 'Earth is awesome' power fantasy that they want to attempt to permeate through the story since ME2, but there is literally an entire galaxy under siege, not just earth. This needs to be less about how the ruthless renegade is portrayed with their view, and more about the bigger picture. At least, that's what I'm taking away from this.
Shoving kids into trailers doesn't work unless you give them character, not just 'generic kid plays with spaceship, then sees Reaper'. Does the kid have a family? Do we see them share a happy moment together? Does that moment get ripped away, and show us what we're fighting for? No, we get spaceship. I just dislike the hell out of the recent trend of putting kids on the chopping board just to seem deep and emotional, its actually kind of disgusting when you think about it, using the ultimate expression of innocence like cannon fodder to try and evoke emotional reactions so much that it ends up blunting the impact, and cheapens what's really going on. The Dead Island trailer had more tact than this.
@Dookysharpgun: I don't remember if the Hammerhead was a Cerberus thing but if it was it was on the Normandy so I guess along with that the Alliance could have reproduced it. If it wasn't I guess the Alliance have Hammerheads.
@andrew2696: Ah either way, I don't really mind, I just remember seeing a Cerberus symbol on my Hammerhead, but replication seems a pretty logical conclusion!
Hmm so Ashley can use armor now? , I like that the armor Shepard wears the game before becomes the standard for Alliance soilders while he gets a new model , until I see the full trailer the ME2 CG trailer stands as the best one that final shot of the giant Collector vessel cannot be topped, well the ME1 GC trailer was also very nice putting the enphasis on the hard decision stuff.

@mcderby4: Shepard's not supposed to have any emotions.
Are you trying to be funny?
Are you trying to be serious? I can't see any emotion on his face. About the trailer: maybe it's just me but it had some Jerry Bruckheimer/Michael Bay style to it.

No I'm not being serious, I'm simply speaking my perspective and opinion.
If you refuse to believe there's any emotion, then all the power to you mate.
