You're in a desert, walking along in the sand, when all of a sudden you look down and see a tortoise. It's crawling toward you. You reach down and you flip the tortoise over on its back. The tortoise lays on its back, its belly baking in the hot sun, beating its legs trying to turn itself over, but it can't. Not without your help. But you're not helping. Why is that?

" @pissedoffthewitch: No, no. You ask me if I know what a turtle is. I tell you I do and you then inform me that they're the same thing. Even though they're not, but you're just trying to press on because the Voight-Kampff test is probably getting tainted by this little tangent.Probably. "

" All this reminds me I loaned my 5-disc Ultimate Edition to a mate and I've not seen it in way too long. I'm just hoping it hasn't done the rounds through my friends like some DVD hot potato that I'll never get back. "
It's got pretty much every version in it, including the Workprint, which I've wanted to see ever since reading about it years before in the book Future Noir: The Making of Blade Runner.
Incidentally, Future Noir is an excellent read - I go back to it pretty much every year and never get tired of it.

EDIT: Never even heard of that workprint version either. It was messed with even more than I thought.
