Little Mac is the protagonist in the home versions of Punch-Out!!.
The oldest koopaling and longtime second-in-command of Bowser. He composes "Koopa Symphonies" and is a great inventor to boot.
Luigi is Mario's brother. He began as a simple palette swap of Mario, but was later differentiated. In his later forays, he provides comic relief.
Manhandla is a recurring boss in the Legend of Zelda series. The original Japanese manual specified that it was a four-headed Pakkun Flower (Piranha Plant)
Originally a carpenter named Jumpman, this Italian plumber has gone on to become the most recognizable video game character of them all, starring in a veritable pantheon of titles like kart racing and sports. He has been voiced by Charles Martinet for nearly 20 years.
Medusa is often portrayed in games as a creature that is a cross between a woman and a snake. The lower body is often a snake tail, and the hair is usually a mass of snakes. Other than this, the head and torso are that of a woman.
Meta Knight is a mysterious masked swordsman who often challenges Kirby to test his strength.
Morton Koopa Jr. is Bowser's sixth oldest son and a part of the koopalings. Known as Big Mouth Koopa Jr. in The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 & Super Mario World.

Mouser is one of Warts generals in Super Mario Bros. 2. His strategy is to stand back and throw bombs.

Mr. Shine is a recurring boss in the Kirby series. He is shaped like a crescent moon and is always accompanied by Mr. Bright.
Mr. Tick Tock is a giant living alarm clock, and a recurring sub-boss in the Kirby series.
Nightmare is the final boss of Kirby's Adventure.
