Does it even work? I've reset my password several times and double checked my account name but I still can't get in. Even when I try to sign in to http://support.crypticstudios.com/user, I get a server error. Is linking accounts disabled for the beta or something?

Was this a cryptic account from before they switched over to perfectworld accounts? If so I had the same problem after deciding to recheck out Champions Online when it went free to play. No matter how many times I reset the password it would never work. Eventually I gave up and just created a new account. I didn't have any money or active subscriptions on the old one at the time so I didn't really lose anything by doing that. So I guess that doesn't help your problem any, but know you are not alone.
