Standalone retail and digital DLC expansion featuring 82 completely new levels, Luigi as the main character, no Mario and playable Nabbit in multiplayer.
Super challenging, but since the levels are short you don't really get frustrated even when you die multiple times in a level. It's crazy fun, I've only completed two worlds (despite playing it for hours today), including all the star coins - which can get really challenging, but if it keeps up the quality it's definitely worth the price!
Hey! I've been playing it with my brother and we've been having a blast! Like Robiin said, the levels are short, but super challenging and really fun. It's the kind of Mario platforming that I love, fast paced, nail biting and overall fun! It certainly washes out the bad taste that New Super Mario Bros 2 left in my mouth and that says a lot cause that game was absolute shit-- in fact I would have more fun if Nintendo just pressed a steaming dog turn into a case than what they put out.
Just finished the game today and it was fun. The levels are harder, but they are not super hard except one of the final levels in Star Rod. Worth the price tag for sure.
