    I tried to find a comprehensive list of games with DS voice chat support online, but was not able to find one.  From what I know so far, the following games have it:
     
    Pokemon Pearl/Ruby
    Metroid Prime Hunters
    Advance Wars
    Custom Robo Arena
    Tony Hawk Downhill Jam (perhaps Proving Grounds as well?)
    Planet Puzzle League
    Diary Girl
    Warhammer: 40,000 Squad Command
     
    Any others that I may be missing?

    You mean Diamond, and it would include Platinum as well. 
     
    I have never bothered to use it.  My duaghter did use it on Pokemon once, with a friend in the US (from Australia).  It wasn't very good and kept cutting out.  She hasn't bothered since.  I have only ever played Advance Wars online, but didn't even think to try voice chat (it was with a random person anyway). 
     
    I am keen to know if it actually works well enough to bother.
