    Overview

    Nora Estheim is the mother of Hope Estheim and wife of Bartholomew Estheim in Final Fantasy XIII. At the beginning of the game, she and her son are both caught up in the Sanctum-organized purge of Bodhum. She volunteers to fight alongside Snow in order to protect her son. However, she dies when she falls from Aerorail Trussway. Before she falls, she makes a final request for Snow to protect Hope. However, when Hope sees his mother fall, he blames Snow for her death.

    Nora is voiced by Mary Elizabeth McGlynn in the English language version of Final Fantasy XIII.
