Tim Cain, of Fallout and Troika fame, is now working at Obsidian. So basically all of Interplay/Black Isle is now at Obsidian.

Thats quite depressing since I loved Interplay but havnt liked anything Obsidian has put out in the last few years.

The studio is currently working on a game based on Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time book series.
I just heard about this. I don't know if it's been fully verified anywhere, but it's exciting news. Now if they could just get a publisher that helps them with QA and getting bugs fixed before the games get released it will be great. If we can just get one Black Isle quality game out of this it will be worth it.
Also, an Arcanum sequel done in Skyrim's engine could be nice too.
