    Overview

    Painkiller: Hell and Damnation is an 'HD' remake of the original Painkiller and Painkiller: Battle out of Hell. The remake was announced during E3 2012 and was released on PC via Steam on October 31st, 2012. Console versions followed in 2013. Although the game was supposed to get a retail release on 360 in North America, the release date came and went without one. Instead a downloadable version was released for the console in October of 2013.

    The game features a selection of 14 levels from the original Painkiller and Battle out of Hell expansion out of a total of the 34 levels.
