I decided to buy a PS3. I decided that I want the 60 GB model because I didn't get a PS2 last generation and I want to play all the good games without any problems. So I search on Ebay if I can find a PS3 for a good price. Them I went to check the lowest prices and saw that PS3's were very cheap. Around $20. So I decided I want to pick one up for cheap, but I did read that people do lie to you on Ebay so I want to make sure I'm not getting Gyped. Should I buy one of those cheap PS3's?

It's it listed for $20? If it's a buy it now, forget it. Most eBay auctions start at $0.99 and then go up. I'm sure anyone who doesn't get a good price for the PS3 they list on eBay will cancel the auction.

Haha, I would spend $20 on ebay for a "PS3" just to see what I got :P I've never been on for buying new consoles on ebay... I just don't trust it to A) Actually get my item and B) Actually have it work like it should if I do get it.

I got a gamecube off of ebay for $25 and it works great but it's also now an old system and no one really has a reason to rip people off, or maybe insentive?

Either way. Dun bid or "buy now" on an PS3 that's $20 and expect to get a functioning PS3.

dude its not going to happen. One of my friends spent well over a hundred dollars for a PSP and only got the box. Yea people get scammed all the time on EBay
