Hey, it's not like this matters, because I still don't have a PS3. However, I've used them a few times, and I vastly prefer the Xbox controller to the Dualshock. I came across this gadget on Gizmodo the other day, and was wondering on anyone had some feedback on how well they actually work. $55 dollars to use an Xbox controller is a lot, but It might be worth it, if the device works perfectly. The article say's "fully functional..." but we all know that the truth is easily stretched.

Never did- after buying a PS3 and using a dual shock 3 for an hour or so, I realized this stupid thing is just silly.

Never really liked the 360 controller, maybe you preferred the analog up, but I liked the Dualshock design even before and I'm used to it. Plus my hands are not big.

I hate people who complain about controllers.

Got a ps3 in 08, and at that time I preferred the 360 controller, but now it just feels awkward using something other than a dualshock for some reason, the trigger to me is worse, but everything else feels a bit more sturdy than a 360 cont.

So, I had a 360 and currently still own a PS3 (just like the media capabilities more). I like both controllers. I slightly prefer the DS3 I think. That the triggers are not triggers is not really an issue for me. Shooting with R1 feels ok, and in fact I think the L2/R2 buttons on the DS3 are better for racing games. Anyway: Out of an impulse, I just bought the Razer ONZA Tournament Edition for use on the PC. I just wanted to try it out on the PS3 as well (it has extra remappable buttons you see). I got got the 2.0 of this thing. But probably it will take a month or so to get delivered.

I like the Dualshock design more than the 360 controller.

That thing would be useless for any game that used the SIXAXIS. You know, because all PS3 games make stellar use of that... 
 
Wait, why are we talking about this again? 

I prefer the 360 pad but I would rather just use the PS3 pad than faff about with these third party contraptions.

...and I try not to hate people for petty reasons- but hey, this thread's over a year and a half old, and like I said, I got used to the Dualshock after like an hour. That said, I don't really care if random internet hitler-pikachu hates me.
