I was playing my copy of Killzone and got as far as having to swipe the touch pad to control my drone to create a zip line. So I'm stuck at the top of a cliff waiting to Sony support to help. I've been on hold for 1:50:59 D:

I'm not sure what it's supposed to do? It's not working in 2k and it doesn't seem to do anything in the UI either. I think mine may be broken or i'm not doing something right

There is no basic control for the touch pad. If they don't utilize it in 2K14, then it won't do anything.

In Killzone, swiping in any of the 4 cardinal directions should change the function of the drone. Swipe to the right, aim at a surface below you, hit L1 and it should fire off a zipline. If it's not doing that, then yeah, it's busted.

If there is a Sony store in your area, they will likely swap yours out for free.

i turned it off and on and its working now, you can use the touch pad to call quick plays. I"m still not sure if the click down is working on it though, that is supposed to work too in the game. *edit* i figured it out now, it's working

Right... It helps when you read the contextual pop up tutorials in video games. Sigh...

Is there a way to reboot the controller? The touchpad on mine hasn't been showing anything or responding to anything..
