Or is it just me? Everything is setup correctly, yet my TV doesn't auto turn on when I turn my ps4 on. Anyone have any idea what could be wrong?

Noob beside me just said it fucked up though. "What happened to me was video turned off but audio still played.

I found a recent thread on reddit concerning this, but it only has a few comments. I bet it only affects a small percentage of tv’s and never gets patched... Cool! It still allows me to control the ps4 with my tv remote, but the auto on/off stuff is borked.

Went to ps4 support chat and the standard "put your console into safe mode and reset to default" worked. Probably should have thought of that beforehand... Happened so close to the update that I automatically figured it was a bug. A mod can close/delete this thread if they want to.
