    i turn on my PS3, none of my emails or passwords are working and then i click forgot password and an error appears!? 
     
    i hope its not because of yesterdays update.

    phew! 
    i was nervous. i thought the grief reporting feature just added may have glitched and banned me or smething crazy like that.

    @TwoOneFive: What's the grief reporting feature? I'm preventing my PS3 from updating so I don't think I have that. It hasn't updated for months now.
