 well, non of resistance 2 and killzone 2 were "perfect", but resistance 2 come pretty close. killzone 2 was an amazing game but resistance 2 brought a lot more. Where the storyline of KZ2 (killzone in general) was brilliant, the storyline of R2 (resistance 1 and 2) was just plain amazing. Both had annoying shit in their mission (especially R2 e.g. The Swarm). Resistance 2's online game play was just the best though. The atmosphere in every game along with the game play was just and still is THE BEST of the best. Where in modern warfare 2 for example and in killzone 2 you would die easy, R2 - you have more life and engage in more gunfire battles. Also, the fact you get XP whilst capturing a beacon (or a "flag" in other games) and get XP after death also makes R2 more enjoyable and exciting which i known R3 will follow. Killzone follows shoot em ups too much such as call of duty which is based on how good you are at killing people where as resistance is based on you tactical ability and having fun (online) and the storyline is a lot more unique and causes you to play on the edge of your seat. I can't wait for resistance 3 where as killzone 3...i will still defiantly buy, but i can wait for.
