Id say yes to Borderlands, as long as you have a friend who owns it as well.

Exclusives? PS3 has the graphical edge for sure. 
Multi-Plat ? Generally looks the same on both, except for cases like Bayonetta. 
 
Iv had a Xbox360 since launch, and i only recently picked up a PS3 for Heavy Rain, and wow.  
It looks so amazing, i cant remember anything on 360 coming close.

I'm torn on this, it does look good, but some of the reviews put the game in negative light. 
I think ill still get it though, I'm craving a RPG

Well, i miss having no responsibility's, I miss the immersion games would give me at such a young age, I miss thinking WCW was actually real.
