@wrighteous86: Oh get off it. The admins, mods, and community are absolutely right for leaving because of this, but don't act like neogaf was some bastion of good ethics. I seem to recall an incident involving one of the staff and child pornography and the owner EvilLore still supporting him and banning people who pointed out how awful it was.

You recalled the event in the exact opposite of what actually happened so I'm not sure I'd trust your judgment on... well anything. The person in question had been removed as a mod months before the child porn allegations came out, and when they did, he was banned immediately and permanently.

I've personally left Neogaf and don't see myself ever going back, but bending the truth backwards like this is just the sort of thing that soured the site in the post election madness that set the signal to noise ratio stuck permanently on noise.

Rosberg wins, shame about Ferraris strategy.

I think this race made it clear that no strategy is going to make up for the difference in power. The only reason Vettel was able to grab 2nd was due to Hamilton's poor start.

Pastor is fun to watch because he really shouldn't be in F1, and I think deep down he knows it.

Seeing how Hamilton seems to be better "friends" and not as cold towards the two Red Bull-drivers, really shows the tension that's inside the Mercedes team right now.

Because he was first. I can't remember which race it was, but there was one when he came in second to Nico, and acted like his childhood pet had just died. He doesn't seem like the sort of guy who can ease up unless he comes in first.

Almost done watching the race, and I think with a better circuit Fe will shine. The personalities of some of the drivers has already come through in the first race, for better and worse. There's a good amount of overtaking and near misses, which is what I like about F1. They just need to work the kinks out.

Paypal have a long history of doing this. They did this to Minecraft before kickstarter existed. They see large amounts, and they do their best to hang onto them.

The idea of the Wii U is amazing, but the result fell short. The system is too weak for the hardcore, and the buttons and sticks slathered over their tablet controller intimidates the casual. The current games range from half-assed ports and inscrutable releases. Nintendoland simply isn't a good product, and New Super Mario Wii U is a twin brother for a game many Nintendo fans already own. They needed a better name, and a game that would have the impact of Wii Sports, but in rushing to beat the competition to the punch, they ended up swinging at air.

Even though I was going to renew anyway, it's poor form to remind people right before this kicks in. Should at least give people a few days to notice the news, and decide if they want to commit.

I agree, Phil shouldn´t have said that and many PC gamers will not buy his game for that reason. Me included. Still, I understand this issue. I think that if I were in that same position, I wouldn´t pay for the new patch either. It´s too much.

I agree. I don't think Phil Fish is the bad guy in all this, but he really brought this on himself. Microsoft's policy is absurd, but he's the one who signed up with them, and burned all other bridges to get there.

Man, with so many reports of Microsoft's shitty treatment of indie games on xbox arcade it makes me wonder why so many indie devs ride their hopes on XBLA. This situation is ridiculous and hopefully other devs decide to publish their games on steam or PSN.

Other devs didn't say that their game had to be played from a comfy couch, and computers were only good for spreadsheets. Phil Fish said all that.
