Well that's it, finished my first year of university. Thank God. All the essay's and assignments and now finally relaxation, even though finding a job is my next task at hand. I've handed in the resumes and all that jazz but in between waiting for call-backs for jobs, I finally get some free time. Guess what I'm gonna do? That's right, play me some games.
 
This summer will be used for catching up with old friends. Old buddies and video games alike. Right after my last exam I caught wind of Halo:Reach BETA from my ten year old brother. It reminds me and my experiences with Halo: CE and waiting for Halo 2 to come out. It's kind of nice to see myself in a way. I feel this BETA will help me relive those days since Halo 3 was such a disappointment to me and didn't really strike a cord like Halo 1/2 did.  
 
So now I wait, to see if I get in the BETA early with this Giant Bomb draw or I wait till May 3rd. Either way, I'll get to share the same excitement with my little brother as we play the BETA together. It's another way to bond since of the huge age difference (about ten years). Sure we throw the football around outside all the time, but this is just a little extra special. To me anyway. So here's to Halo: Reach, hopefully you can meet my expectations, if not, I sure as hell hope I had fun playing some part of it. 
 
As for other games, it's now time to catch up to you, or get you first day. No school for 4 months, It's game time....oh yeah and drinking time too!
