If anyone's on the fence about this game, I'd say go in. I curved myself away from the previews of this game for so long so I did not know a thing about this game going in other than hoards of zombies.

The game is fantastic, Evokes the same feelings I had the first time playing through The Last of Us. The story is not quite as gripping as with the last of us, we can have both and both can be great. Playing on a PS4 pro, the graphics are great, gameplay is very cool and tense at times. The bike itself is fun to ride around the environment, I've been having a great time upgrading the bike. Guns are awesome, did not realize you could buy more guns from the merchant till I was like 10 hours in, I'll always love that trusty AK, I thought I was going to go through the whole game with that and that Remington 700 rifle with the scope.

The phrase 'this world comes for you' has been used in all the advertisements. This is true, there have been times riding through the world when suddenly wolves chase you on your bike, Drifters setup road blocks, shoot you off your bike etc. Awesome game if you're looking for an open world apocalypse game without an overwhelming amount of side stuff. The kinda side stuff in this game in my opinion are all the random open world firefight encounters, where you go from leisurely ride through the hills to focused murderer in a split second.

I have a deck of cards that I do pushups to damn near every day, if I draw a 5 or lower I do that number in diamond pushups 6-10 normal or clap pushups, then the queen king and jack I usually will do a stamina test and do as many as I can till I drop when I draw those.

I also am pretty active at work, moving around in these server rooms is a workout sometimes, especially when replacing UPS batteries, shit can weigh a good 50+ pounds sometimes.

oh boy, when I became a Pc child, I played the first call of duty and its expansion, BF2, cs condition zero!!! For sure check out Half life and its expansions, as well as HL2 if you have not done so yet.

Company of heroes is still dope, Age of Empires 2/3, the ARMA series if thats your thing (took me like 6 years to learn the controls so not for everyone) Red Orchestra/ Rising Storm / Squad.

Not to mention damn near all the console games are found here too but the proper way they should be enjoyed, with the bells and whistles enabled.

Good to have you here, PC! Praise Gaben!

you gotta find time to do stuff you like to do, like back in the days of highschool and junior high.

In December, after years of working retail and going to school, I am finally a Network Engineer working for a private contract company here in the Bay Area, I work with tech all day long, talk tech all day (and video games) my co workers are awesome. I also work along side multiple police and law enforcement departments all over the bay area. Shit is so crazy getting into a police car and working on their tablets with an AR in the middle of the seats. Or seeing people in holding and just in disbelief that I have made it in a police station not in cuffs.

Back to the topic.... I saw myself at like 20 working retail and was not happy taking classes to just get by, I sat down and jotted down what I loved to do in my free time and focused all my energy on attaining a job that had to do with my interests. Now I'm happier than ever.

if you're not satisfied, write some stuff out, it usually helps me cope and you may find something awesome inside yourself.

@gtb08: I was a fan of the first Sniper Elite, V2 was real rough, no where near open enough.

The Third Sniper Elite in Africa was super cool. I would say this has been a bargain bin title that has more or less climbed out.

Xbox is just okay, if you really want, get an original xbox, throw a 250gb hd in there and play timesplitters and psyops... Better idea than buying an Xbox one..

I was super interested in Mario Maker, however, when I watched the quick look the other day, I saw just how bare bones that thing really is. I am sure your son will enjoy it but for a 24 year old like me I wanted to play the wii u version when I am flying all over the country setting up server racks. The 3ds however is an awesome system, just make sure you are buying him the *NEW* 3ds xl. The new one is a little bit faster and will future proof your son for any releases to come on the platform.

Some games I recommend checking out would be Animal Crossing: New Leaf, Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, Donkey Kong Country Returns - Super good game, Lego City for 3ds is a nice kids game that I still enjoy, and Ocarina of Time because everyone needs to play that before they die.

Get the 3ds xl, when I bought it for travel I didn't know that the 3ds xl was this cool otherwise I would have bought one years ago. Also, get yourself Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow and give that a go when your son is at school.

Honestly, I didn't get too far into ICO to have a stance on the matter wither it's good or bad but I played through shadow to know that game is one of the greatest 'games' ever made, I say 'game' because that is really an art piece. The Last Guardian looks really neat but as a game we will not know for sure until it is out, hold off judgments until we have played it I say. It's very precarious indeed intriguing many...
