High school is an awkward time for most folks. Especially for chubby, acne ridden teenage types such as myself at the time. MY cousin buys a lot of RPG's. some of them are good, some of them are greats and some of them.... Shadow Madness. Needless to say, i'm usually wary whenever i snatch something from his pile o' RPG's. Luckily for me, Dark Cloud 2 is actually a fun damn game. Shadow Madness, not so much. An ode to terrible voice acting at it's best. 3
10 years ago, I was a short fat kid with a burning passion and acne. That Passion? None other than Star Ocean: The Second Story. That acne? Erysipelas. 1999 was a time when the PS1 was wrapped in a sort of RPG limbo, with both great and terrible (cough, Shadow Madness, cough) being released left and right.
