Sleep-over NES Games
This list represents some of my best childhood memories of staying up late with friends with some amazing NES games. There are some that I haven't included, but these are the ones I remember. I can't believe it's been 20 years.

I remember getting super pissed when we went to Level 6 (I think it was level 6) without the rocket launcher and getting stuck.
This game felt like Pitfall with a blob to me even though I didn't know that it was because it was created by the same guy.
This game blew my 11 year old mind when it came out. The fact that I could choose 4 different characters made me want to go through each level and find the best character. I liked Luigi best.
I remember renting the Japanese import to this game, wondering why the game came in two pieces.
This is the game that I got with my NES even though I had never played it. I made a good choice. The boss graphics in this game were nothing like I had seen before - something that was really important to a 12 year old.
This game was so interesting and fun to me, I wish I knew where my copy was. I'm sure I'm not the only one that threw his controller down in frustration when it came time to do that damn wall jump.
Watching Monster Squad before playing Castlevania made for a great evening.
