Okay played a bit more. I don't care about the faces as much. There's only two that really blew me away in how ugly they were.

But what is really bothering me now is the writing. Some of it is bad. Real bad.

There was one involving an audio log that made me want to stop playing completely.

Also the audio direction is awful. Like the wrong cadence and emotion. Some characters have some weird visual effects over it.

Everything seems unpolished. Sometimes you come out of a conversation and then two or three simultaneous conversations happen around you. Which is real annoying.

Oh and planet scanning is beyond stupid. Who designed that or thought it was a good idea?

Plot wise they never really set up why you are going to the first planet even though half the people in the nexus are giving me side quests to go there.

It just stinks. But there is some good stuff. Sort of.

Whenever Game of the Generation comes up they talk about Mass Effect 2 and Brad loves the first Mass Effect even more then that. Go listen to the game of year discussion the year Mass Effect 2 came out and you will hear how much the crew loves Mass Effect.

I've played about two hours. The faces suck. Like real bad. But that is just the tip of the ice berg. Everything seems to lack polish. The writing is bad. And the voice direction or audio recording is just off. I can't see how they will improve that.

It seems like a game from a studio who have never made a game before.

Tyranny is the most focused. I liked it best. A lot shorter.

Pillars is a lore dump.

Divinity is a lot of combat and stealing. More whimsy.

Wasteland 2 is falloutish.

Torment is a book. Be prepared to read.

I tried watching some US sports and its just insane how many breaks in play and ads play.

A solid 4 out of 5. I enjoyed all the acting and grounded (for a comic book) story telling. There was also quite a bit I didn't really like. I think the last act with the kids didn't really work. The action while I liked how brutal, it was all a bit one note. I really disliked the conversation about the corn. But the subtle story about Charles killing all his students is so messed up. That is really well done.

Overall quite good.

For something so driven by text, the small box it delivers it in, is kind of odd. I haven't fought a battle yet, about 3 hours in. Love the writing but I don't like the way abilities are done.

Fallout 4 was pretty shit. I played over 80 hours.

I don't think opinions can be wrong especially not concerning media.

Inquisition was a trash fire and all signs point to this making the same mistakes.

Sara was cool though.

For me I don't mind under 60 while I like when it's running well but it's not a deal breaker. Frequent drops is much worse. And a driving game really should have a minimum of 60.

I have a bad feeling about this game. So I'm with Duffy.

The faces do look bad.

And I'm getting a strong 90's "teen" version of the crew. This ain't your parent's mass effect.

It's strange if they just said Mass Effect is out here it is, I would have brought it Right away, but all the marketing has just been bad.
