As I sit and play through FF7 for what must be the tenth time, I continuously ponder what Square-Enix are thinking when it comes to a remake.

I purchased a PSP when Crisis Core was released, and quickly bought remakes of Tactics, FF1 and FF2. I've also played through the remake of FF3 on the Nintendo DS, and am looking forward to trying out the FF4 remake. Even now, replaying FF7 almost eleven years later, I'm still impressed at the dept this game offers, and find that it also looks quite good graphically. Seeing all these remakes hitting store shelves, I'm quite confused as to what Square-Enix is waiting for. I truly believe a fully remade version of this game would sell in monsterous amounts. Hell, I would buy a PS3 just for a remake, unless it comes out on the Xbox 360 as well. I would buy it all over again if it also came out on a multi-disc version for the PSP.

I guess what I'm trying to say is "come on Square-Enix, my money is dangling out there in multiple ways for you go take, so take it already!" I know I'm not the only one out there who feels this way, and I'm willing to bet that this potential remake would set records for sales all around the world.
