Bought the newest Leisure Suit Larry game for the 360, as Gamestop had it for $19.99... who am I kidding? I bought the damn thing because the idea of a good AND raunchy video game still intrigues me. Unfortunately for me, this game isn't good, nor is it all that raunchy. In the last Leisure Suit Larry game (Magna Cum Laude), there were far more "envelope-pushing" moments than I have encountered in this one. The old one also controlled better. Looked better too. Anyways, I'm glad that I only spent 20 bucks on it, because so far it is a steaming pile of shit.

Onto happier things... I bought a BLACK DSi last night at midnight, and I'm really in love with it. It has everything that you would expect from a ds plus a pretty decent music player and a fairly good web browser (as long as you are near a wi-fi hotspot and are looking at pages that were made for mobile devices). It's a pretty neat little device, and it makes me look forward to building my DS collection back up.

I picked up Rhythm Heaven at Best Buy today (as Gamestop would like you to pay an idiot tax of $5 more than everywhere else). So far I am really digging it, although I find that I like some levels better than others. It seems like it's going to take a while to actually go in and unlock everything, which seems pretty nice. The levels are short enough that replaying them isn't too much of an ordeal.

I need to track down a copy of The World Ends With You.
