I've always enjoyed Biollante. Cause it is so batcrap crazy. I also really like the original Godzilla. You could check out Brandon Tenhold' s youtube channel where he is slowly reviewing every godzilla movie.

For some reason this reads sounds like somebody is trying to get a bunch of hunters to a remote location and hunt them. Then once it is down to the final hunter, the OP reveals himself to be a) a werewolf and B) Calvin Lockhart. The final hunter then reveals that he is pre-cgi Peter Cushing..
Kul-d-Sec. Where you played a stick man running around randomly generated mazes looking for a map, a shield, a sword, a gun, and a laser to defend yourself from giant spiders. If you ended up fighting a spider head on, it played out in one of the cartoon cloud fights with fists and symbols poking through. If your stats were high enough you'd survive and continue on, if you failed, midi crunching noises would signify your demise.
Try comparing it to Tommyknockers or Dreamcather, then Gerald's Game doesn't seem so bad, given that they all were from King's surviving being run over by a van, and using coke as a pain killer period of writing.
